Maybe you're here because something feels off.

You're getting through the days, but it takes more out of you than it used to. Sleep is patchy, your patience is thin, and the people closest to you are noticing.

You've tried to sort it out on your own: more structure, more exercise, more pushing through. It helps for a while, then the same feelings come back.

Talking to someone isn't a last resort. It's a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening and find a way forward that fits your life.

Our approach

Counselling that meets you where you are

Practical, warm and unhurried

A calm, unhurried hour

A quiet room, or a private video call, where you can say what's really going on without being rushed or judged.

Proven approaches, your goals

We draw on CBT, ACT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR and more, and we shape the work around what matters to you.

Private and secure

Your intake answers are encrypted and only your counsellor can read them. Everything stays on a Canadian server.

How to begin

Starting is simple

Book online in a couple of minutes. You'll get a confirmation email with a calendar file, and a link to change or cancel.

  1. Choose a time

Pick a counsellor and type of session and see their real open times, day or night.

  2. Tell us a little

A short, private intake form for your first session. Only your counsellor reads it.

  3. You're booked

A confirmation email with a calendar file, plus a link to change or cancel.

New clients usually start with a free consult

A 15-minute call helps us match you with the right counsellor before you book a full session.

Openings for new clients

Every Book button shows our counsellors' real open times, updated the moment someone books. Evening and Saturday times fill fastest, so it's worth booking a week or two ahead.

If no time works for you, call or email and we'll tell you when something opens up.

Free 15-minute consults

A short phone or video call to ask about fit, fees and availability.

A consult isn't a counselling session, so we won't go into what's happening for you in depth on the call.

This practice is not an emergency service, and this website, our email and online booking are not monitored for urgent concerns. If you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline, 24/7), call 9-1-1, or go to your nearest emergency department.

Questions

Before you book

Something else on your mind? Email us.

How do I book?

Click any Book button. You'll go to our secure booking page, choose a counsellor, a type of session and a time, and get a confirmation email right away.

How do I choose a counsellor?

Read the profiles above, or book the free 15-minute consult and we'll suggest who might suit you best. It's fine to switch counsellors later.

Is counselling covered by my extended health plan?

Many plans cover sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW). Coverage varies, so check your plan. We email a receipt after each session for you to submit.

How do online sessions work?

You'll get a private video link by email before your session. It works in your browser on a phone or computer, with nothing to install. You need to be in BC during the session.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. There are a few legal limits, such as a risk of serious harm or a concern about a child's safety, and your counsellor will go over these with you at your first session.

What if I need to cancel?

Give us 24 hours' notice and there's no charge. You can cancel or move your appointment yourself from your reminder email or your booking account.

You don't have to figure it out alone.
